Scoring and Rules (Note: This years scoring has changed to a ‘best of’ format with the best 5 performances counting toward each team and individual total. Also, any ties after the NE Championship points are factored in will be determined by the result at the NE Championships)
Headphones: You wouldn’t think this would be much of a problem in X-C but due to a couple of recent incidents during X-C events involving collisions with headphone wearing runners this is a friendly reminder that headphones are not permitted and per USATF rules anyone wearing them in any race is subject to disqualification.
